Fifth Annual Ann Arbor Wine Cellar Benefit For HIV/AIDS Resource Center

October 6, 2008

The HIV/AIDS Resource Center (HARC) is pleased to announce the fifth annual Ann Arbor Wine Cellar event to be held on November 20, 2008 at V2V Home & Apparel at the Kerrytown Market and Shops in Ann Arbor. The Ann Arbor Wine Cellar is a unique, one-of-a-kind wine tasting event that includes a raffle of various wine collections to help raise funds for HARC.

The Ann Arbor Wine Cellar raffle brings together nearly 150 bottles of wine donated by prominent members of the community. Politicians, artists, restaurateurs and wine aficionados each donate one bottle of wine, autograph the bottle and tell their personal story of the wine. Each of the raffle winners receive an instant “ Wine Cellar” from  this astounding collection.

The Chenille Sisters will kick-off the festivities at 6:30 p.m. Attendees will experience wine tasting by selected regional distributors that feature premium wine and food pairings by Food For All Seasons, DINE \aut\ Catering , and Schakolad Chocolate Factory. The Ann Arbor Wine Cellar is THE event to attend for the upcoming holiday season!

Event tickets are $50 per person in advance or $60 at the door and can be purchased through HARC by emailing winecellar@r2harc.orgor contacting Laura Zain at 734-572-9355. Raffle tickets are $10 each and can be purchased at the HARC office, Common Language Bookstore, Spotted Dog Winery or Trillium Real Estate.

The HIV/AIDS Resource Center (HARC) is a private non-profit organization that provides a range of HIV prevention services, as well as case management and support services for people living with HIV/AIDS.  HARC is the only comprehensive AIDS service organization in a four-county service area, including Washtenaw, Jackson, Lenawee and Livingston Counties.
