Presenter: Emmy Award winning producer Shawne K. Duperon

"Networking is for Neanderthals"

Shawne_K_DuperonDo you simply dread those after-hours networking events? Do you hide out by the cheese platter and scurry out the door at the first opportunity to jump ship? Do you arrive late, to avoid the dreaded  blah blah blah networking conversations? Do you need a boost in how you currently connect with clients and potential customers?

During this one-hour workshop, media pro and networking expert Shawne Duperon of ShawneTV, shows you how to clean out your networking closet and create relationships that last. "Networking is for Neanderthal's" will radically transform your existing notions of networking. You will never see networking the same again!

Emmy Award winning producer Shawne Duperon has been in television for nearly 20 years. She's worked for ABC and NBC and has traveled the globe for likes of World Business Review with Alexander Haig and The Science Museum of London. You've seen her programming on PBS, and the Discovery Channel and you've heard her as the voice for OnStar.

Shawne is currently a PhD student at Wayne State University in Detroit with a focus on gossip and media. Media, she says, is the ultimate network. Knowing how to network is outrageously necessary to have your business flourish.

In order to leave time for Shawne's interactive presentation, full audience introductions will not be held during this NetWorks! event.
