The Ann Arbor Area Chamber of Commerce and The American Red Cross - Washtenaw County Chapter, along with Ann Arbor State Bank as a sponsor, provided an opportunity to help save lives by donating blood at the Chamber Blood Drive. Efforts to collect blood are important every day of the year to the American Red Cross. Without willing donors, we are not able to meet the needs of hospitals in southeastern Michigan. Donating blood is easy, it costs you nothing – except a little of your time- and will give you a sense of pride and satisfaction that is beyond words.
All presenting donors at our Blood Drive on Friday, October 14, will be entered to win a pair of tickets to either the U of M vs. Ohio State football game or the Michigan State vs. Penn State game. Both games are on Saturday, November 21, 2009.
