Fast- moving, Ann Arbor based IT consulting firm is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Sales Executive.

The perfect candidate for the team is high- energy, self- starter who is passionate about developing relationships and closing deals. Candidates will have 3-5 years business development experience at a small to mid- size IT solutions provider and be very comfortable selling IT services without the power of a name brand.

Job Description:
This person will be part of our IT Consulting Sales team with a primary responsibility that will comprise of sales, business development and client success.
• Develop and close new business within both existing and new clients
• Build and maintain relationships with our current consultants and our alumni network
• Demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques in securing profitable business.
• Regular field visits to customer site – meet with client and consultants to review progress, understand gaps, proactively bridge the gaps and pursue additional business.

Job Requirments:
• Must be highly motivated and have a proven track record in business development working with clients in the IT consulting industry – Tier 1 and Direct Clients.
• Strong experience in understanding and qualifying the client needs to provide a qualified team of consultants to help our clients achieve their business goals.
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, flexibility, positive attitude and demonstrated 'ownership' in work.
• Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior IT technical experience or IT consulting background.
